Base Plate: An old LP record makes a great base plate or even a serving tray. You can match the center record label to fit the occasion such as a “Birthday” or “Christmas” song title. Or create your own center label with a computer image, photo, or drawing.

Mini Ice Cream Turkey

A latex glove is the perfect mold for a turkey. Fill a clean latex glove with softened ice cream. Knot the open end as you would a balloon. Place glove knot side down on a flat surface in your freezer. When frozen, remove the glove, coat with chocolate, and decorate with mini M&M's. Serve in a bowl with the finger feathers upright.
